ORIGINS::THE EPITOME OF LUXURY
The amalgamation of cosy and casual ambience with well seasoned cuisines, is the charisma of ORIGINS- The buffet restaurant.
Romantic dates!!wow...wow! either a beachside candle light dinner with the rhythm of sea shores or luxury 5 star dining!! we girls loves both...!
Yep! the 'romance + surprises = girls happiness'.
One such romantic date at origins, yas viceroy. At 6pm, irshaicha just called me and informed that be ready at 7, neither any word extra nor clue....! i was like what could be? anyhoo!
"I am such a girl who consumes lots of time to get ready " and i noticed that it's already 6:15. The time ran out to 7 and i am still in the urge of setting up(ugh...). And he came up and gave an intensive look as if i made a mistake and after, started laughing! i was in state of confusion...and cleared by him that he told me 1 hour earlier, so that i will be ready at sharp....how rude!!(hahaha). And at 8 sharp we just departed.
Still that moment, i don't have any idea, but while taking a turn to yas island i witnessed the tip of the grid shell!! which was my only destination always wanna go for!! i asked him....seriously we are going to where i am thinking right now? and he smiled....!
Yasss!!i knew it!!

In Front of the lobby entrance there was a fountain! damn! the water changes it's color as same as that of the grid shells in the roof!

And we grabbed into the hotel lobby! my dream destination in whole yas island, which i always wanna see! And i was outstaring it as if i didn't seen any hotel previously....(hahahah..)

The asymptote architecture, builded as if it's the duplicate of F1 ground curves! with the grid shells consists of more than 5000 glass panel drape. During night the grid shells dances with the variety of colors and at morning it just reflects the sky. As i was always attracted towards its architecture previously ...i just became fan of it by seeing!! as the motto implies the aesthetic associated with the speed and spectacle..it's truly mesmerizing.
and that was our welcome....!!The VIP entry(hahahaha....we don't have any idea why the fireworks ? it was a normal day!) but still we enjoyed to the fullest.

Origins- The Culinary Experience:
The white netted walls surrounded all over, with asymmetrically arranged interiors which is diverged into cosy romantic & casual stereotype dinings. The contemporary art of colorful walls with the combo of white table-chairs and the hanging spiral chandelier makes the static casual theme. Where as the other half is made black and moody through curtains and colorful table-chairs with dim lightings is just beyond perfect for romantic mode. Thus these composition is just a picturesque. The flavorsome aroma that tickles our nose from open kitchen made the origins to stand out from others.
Got ourselves a table by the corridors facing the Formula 1 ground . We couldn't dare to get the romantic place though(hmm...bt this seat seems to be so cute).
The buffet seems to be ready as the epicures moved randomly. The babies of 2 just screams out so loud that entire focus gathered there. And we just moved to the buffet, the entire buffet is divided into two.
Since the buffet includes local, international, mediterranean , european, asian cuisines!. we were confused to choose.
Thanks to the indian chef out there, he served us the succulent steaks , with the enticing noodles and savoury tikkas.
Since it is a open kitchen, we can see the entire cooking and we can custom make as per our wish. There is tandoor oven and a rotisserie. And we ordered a custom made pasta (since the pasta being his favorite).
Being a sweet lover i am more attracted towards the desserts of the buffet. literally i ate 2 spoons of noodles and i'm done. I would give 3 out of 5 to it. But the steak sucks(may b i am not fond of it) and will give 1.5 out of 5. but the chicken tikkas dominated with its tempting taste and i would give 4.3 out of 5.
The buffet includes wide range of cakes, souflies, etc ie, the signature chocolate cake -"caprese", new york style cheesecakes are among them.
Desserts are just exquisite. And i would give it 4.9 out of 5. The entire row of deserts are so mouth watering as well as presented so amazingly...!

Eventually we moved to the corridors, the light breeze of the island with the sounds of racing cars make the moment more lively.
We sat on the chairs, with a cup of chocolate ganache...i watched the time ,its 10. We were not in the mood of returning. Just stayed and enjoyed the rehearsals of the riders in the F1 track. Such a pleasing and satisfying experience!!.
