THE CAFE,PARK HYATT
A vast range of area scented all over, embellished with fresh lilies and black furnished interiors is just an eye catcher. The sound of guitar and solitude atmosphere added the extra beauty.
The cafe: An experience
Sundays are darlings to every single person, ie, the one who works, the one who studies, as well as the one who cooks(since no cooking in early mornings). But after coming to abu dhabi, fridays are dearest to me (hubby s OFF is my ON day)(hahaha). Every day i used to keep hundreds of alarms to wake up somehow, but on that day i will witness the early sunshine!!(strange but true,lol). Same as we often done in our childhood during weekends. On one such, friday as per the plan, the brunch at "the cafe, park hyatt", and we reached the hotel.
About The Park Hyatt
An area packed with buildings and adorned with the palm trees. Damn!! what an appealing view,'Elegant and grand'. And a man with well suited came to us, greeted, and escorted to inside. Wow!! a vast range of areas scented all over, embellished with white lillies, and well furnished black interiors is just an eyecatcher. The sound of guitar and solitude place added the extra beauty(i was like pinch me i'm in park hyatt). And at the end of the stair there was a small fountain.The charismatic view of water drops down with the slight noise in its own rhythm is such a pleasant sight.
Culinary experience
The cafe entrance is dominating with the elementary glass walls, merged with the bench style dining tables and an uplifting black polished wall partitioner. An overall well executed interiors(applause to the interior designers).
The most awkward feeling is when waiter comes to us for the order and we were still in dilemma,'what to choose'(ahem...ahem,lol).Without taking any risks we ordered from main menu, the chicken biryani(being indian!hahaha..) and grilled chicken breast with kipfler potatoes and glazed carrots.
After a moment the waiter came up with the starters. It includes the bread, cold mezzeh selection and caesar salad. I would say the caesar salad was okie okie..but the chicken biriyani was delicious. Thus it dominated from others and i would give 4.5 out of 5.
And the cafe is situated in such a way that where ever we sit, we will witness the swimming pools, yeaa.. true! there are total 3 swimming pools around. And access to the swimming pools are only for the residents of park hyatt hotels. Whatever it be we clicked
pictures(ie,mandatory one!,lol).
and we went through... and there were small small restaurants on left and right sides of the place. And we ended up with a pathway, which is main crowd pleaser. Because it is placed in such a way, that directs straight towards the sea.
The pathway is long enough with sunkissed sands of arabian desserts and long vision of outspread sea. The amalgamation of summer breeze with pristine shores of saadiyat is worth watching.
It's a truly satisfactory brunch with every ingredients which everyone desires to be in their wishlist. And i surely recommend you people a try.
